5th month ends. Already ... And in my chart tracking the top right of this blog, the real curve continues to move away more and more of the right goal. I however some grounds for satisfaction:
+18% Monthly wages in the previous month ... Growth continues to be at the rendezvous, month after month. € 2,468 for January, there is certainly still far from the original target, but this amount still represents for the fourth consecutive increase from the previous month.
Another positive aspect is that this amount includes as will subsequently fund a significant amount (for me) buy-in live without success, this cost are therefore fully covered by the activity online. Finally, this result was obtained with a smaller volume compared to previous months (161 hours of play against 199 in December), is now seriously involved in research for a future occupation, as I said early in January. This does not mean that I put aside this challenge, I always devote myself very seriously, but I must ensure my back given the results achieved so far, while continuing to play a sufficient volume to maintain a chance to do so. Actually, we will quickly set until the month of February will be decisive, I will come back later ...
The last positive point is the confirmation by the turnaround since mid-November in terms of CG Online, obviously the most important activity on which are based primarily (slim) chances to succeed in this challenge.
CG
online gaming 70 hours and 25500 hands only this month (against respectively 95 hours and 31,000 hands in December). However, the result is up 42% to 2354 €. 100% of hands were played NL100, thus settling for a winrate BB/100 to 9.24. Note however that as in the previous month, I continue to run good and get the delta EV.
So, I ended the month with a lead of 900 € on the budget in December.
This means something important: The NL200, which I regard as an extremely significant step in developing an online CG player is fast approaching ...
I'm supposed to return about another 1000 € before returning to the NL200, but I plan to try to shoot for this week (1 table 4 for the start I think), hoping to reach up completely by ten days.
month of February will be particularly decisive since the stakes are high (both in terms of its difficulty of its impact): Successful return by NL200, which will allow me to higher earnings in 4000 € a month to consider a new leap to NL400 after 3 months. This challenge will certainly not be successful at the end of February but it could instead be lost forever! ...
MTT Online
I'm disappointed with my results for the month of January. I really felt a significant advance on the technical side (my famous inner revolution ...), but have failed to draw significant benefits.
The fault I think a lack of motivation: I feel now much more concerned with the CG in which I really want to succeed and that the challenge of going NL200, then move to the next level motivates me greatly. Having less time to play now, I think sacrificing a lot of evenings spent MTT in principle in favor of CG throughout the month of February ... Let
still one eye on the results obtained on the month in this discipline ...
74 MTT played (either a number identical to that of previous months) in 62 hours, for a buy-in € average of 36.5, slightly increase compared to December. ITM enormous rate to 25.7% who really gives me no satisfaction, 4 final tables but only 1 podium (and no victory ...), for a net gain of 906 € is a ROI of 33.6 % and hourly earnings of 14.6 €. Then of course, is better than in December, but it remains modest and is not a dream ...
It is not impossible that the fact of playing less of MTT in February leads to better outcomes, it is fairly common, I often read for example in the writings of Kipik . We'll see, once again I do not think the major issue is there ...

Finally this analysis of the past month, I have to say again that I played a lot in Live in January (30 hours of gameplay in total, or about the same as in December):
- Only 1 S & G friendly for a gain of 20 €
- But 5 tournaments Casino, for a single ITM, which is more ridiculous and a net loss of 1230 € ...
I have no timing on February Live and it is therefore certain that I will play much less than in January, if at all. As I write these lines, I really want to dedicate myself fully to CG Online and much to my return to NL200. We'll see if the motivation to go play a tournament is felt one of these next Sunday ...
